Our Roots: Three Generations in Snohomish County
Our legacy runs deep in the Snohomish County area. Growing up in Monroe, Dylan started roofing as a teenager, following in the footsteps of his father and uncle. But his path was diverse:
- Five years as a Navy Corpsman
- A career in biotech
- A senior software engineering role at Microsoft
He left all of that to start Amor Roofing because he saw the same terrible experiences, on both the customer side and the employee side, repeated across the trades. The same lack of communication. The same indifference. The same workforce churn.
Those experiences gave him the discipline, business acumen, and technical fluency to build a different kind of roofing company, one designed around client service first.
