These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.amorroofing.net (the "Site"), operated by Amor Roofing LLC ("Amor," "we," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating, requesting, or receiving roofing services from Amor. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
Any pricing ranges shown on the Site — including in our pricing tables, the instant-quote tool, or marketing materials — are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is provided in writing after an onsite inspection of your specific property and is subject to the scope, materials, and conditions documented in that written estimate.
Our online instant-quote tool is powered by a third-party provider (Roofle) and uses aerial imagery and address data to estimate a price range. Output from the tool is a non-binding estimate and may differ from the final written scope of work we issue after onsite inspection.
By submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise contacting us, you authorize Amor to contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry, your estimate, your project, and follow-up reminders. You may opt out of any communication channel at any time.
Amor photo-documents projects for warranty, quality, and reference purposes. Photos of completed work may be used in our portfolio, gallery, social media, and marketing materials. We do not publish identifying information (last names or full addresses) of homeowners in public materials without consent. You may request that photos of your property not be used publicly by contacting us at the email below.
Workmanship and material warranties applicable to a specific project are set forth in the written estimate, contract, and manufacturer documentation provided at the time of that project. Nothing on this Site creates a warranty separate from those documents.
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (including Roofle, HubSpot, Google Maps, YouTube, and others). Amor is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
All content on the Site — including text, photos, logos, code, and design — is owned by Amor Roofing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site. Amor's liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us for services in the preceding twelve months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
