Water started leaking out of the soffit over the front porch of our 2800 square foot home, in December, in Western WA. Amor gave us a detailed quote after a detailed inspection that included going inside the attic. After we accepted the bid but before the roof installation, William and Santiago spent several hours after work a couple days and then on a weekend trying to temporarily stop the leak, with eventual success. I was grateful for their willingness to spend that extra effort. During tear-off, it turned out there were several other leaks that hadn't yet become apparent, so it was good timing to do the roof. Yard was cleaned up daily. Roof looks great. Hint: If you want some extra special treatment from Santiago, have some home-made Parmesan cheese infused meatballs ready for him. Gutter installation came after, via a subcontractor. There were some minor issues but they were promptly taken care of as soon as I brought them to William's attention. Office communications with Ariel was always prompt and courteous.

Highly recommend these guys. I carefully pursued multiple bids for a full roof replacement and Amor Roofing was easily the best qualified. They were not the cheapest but everyone should know you NEVER select the lowest bid.

Amor replaced my old cedar shake roof with a metal roof that was the same color. I chose Amor after two neighbors gave excellent reviews of their service, especially complimenting Amor for carefully explaining what was being done and answering all questions. Amor asked about the landscaping, and they carefully covered my favorite plant during the roofing so it wouldn't be damaged. Afterwards Amor cleaned my yard of debris and walked around picking up all the tiny metal bits. The insulation was great so rainstorms did not sound any louder on the metal roof than on the old cedar shake roof. I've received a lot of compliments; one neighbor said if he had to do it again, he would have chosen a metal roof too after seeing mine. I have kept the Amor sign on my front yard a year later so everyone can see who installed my beautiful roof.

The workers were very pleasant, knew what they were doing, and finished and cleaned up. Also, I had missed one skylight and they replaced it without any extra charge. The new skylights were slightly larger than the old ones but they shimmed.

We recently had to replace our entire roof down to the trusses because of a leak and water damage. I called all day to have companies come out and give me estimates.

We had a terrific windstorm in the wee hours of the morning, that blew branches off our trees. Debris was spread all over our roof, across the street and into the cul-de-sac in front of our house. One of those branches pierced our garage.

I chose Amor Roofing after discovering that my roof had reached the end of its service life. William, the project consultant, was incredibly patient and even drove a long distance to reach our area. Among the four companies we received quotes from, Amor was the only one that conducted both a drone inspection and a thorough attic check before providing an estimate. Their quote was also the most detailed, including project specifications and before photos. Their pricing was mid-range compared to the other quotes we received. Despite it being peak season, we were able to schedule the project within 2 to 3 weeks after accepting the quote. Our project coordinator, Trey, was onsite with the subcontractors and ensured everything ran smoothly. The crew worked diligently over three days, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day, including blowing off debris from trees and even tidying up our garden beds near the house. We had poor ventilation issues, which they addressed by installing a new ridge vent. I had initially wanted a smart vent system, and they offered a more budget-friendly solution that combined smart vents with added bird blocks for improved intake ventilation. Trey also conducted a thorough inspection to ensure everything was completed with high craftsmanship. After the project was finished, Arial promptly helped us with the warranty documentation and provided detailed inspection photos.

They did a great job all on one day, it looks awesome, and they did a great job cleaning up.

Amor recently completed a roof replacement for our home, and the entire process was extremely smooth from the initial quote to the final inspection. William was our first contact. He was helpful in answering all of our questions and providing us with a very fair quote for different packages. When it came to the day of the project, Kevin and his crew worked efficiently and were respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. Santiago came out to do the final inspection and wrap up loose ends. He was gracious enough to come back and inspect part of our roof and gutter because we had questions about some water dripping (it ended up not being related to the roof installation). At the end of the project, Santiago sent a very thorough album of literally hundreds of photos and documentation of the roof replacement from start to finish, which as a homeowner is extremely valuable. Dylan and his team were very professional, had clear and prompt communication, and are honest and hardworking folks.

Amor Roofing has been one of the most straightforward businesses I've worked with. They pointed out key areas of concern, showed me the faults of the existing roof and how they would provide better materials and proper installation for a longer lasting roof. Changed out both skylights with better quality ones. End of each day was a thorough cleanup, like they were never here. Fully documented with 583 pictures and drone shots stating the condition or issues of the plywood, etc, so keeping no surprises. End of job was a thorough inspection by the owner and foreman resolving any fixes necessary. Definitely was worth every dollar.

We got multiple bids to get our roof done and Amor had the best price while still including quality services. We could not be more happy with the job that was done, including the thorough cleanup of the property, which was very important to us given that we have dogs and young children. After the roof was completed, we noticed some scratches on one of our window screens, I assume happened during the demo of the old roof. I reached out to Dylan and I heard back from the team right away. Within 2 days they came out and repaired the screen at no cost and with no questions asked.
