I have been around construction practically my whole life. My family's commercial cabinet shop was basically my daycare when I was four, and I was working in construction myself by about 15. I spent roughly 20 years running my own residential remodeling company, which puts you inside the guts of homes and teaches you what happens when things are built correctly and what happens when they are not. For the past decade I have also run a residential real estate investment company, and I am still active in real estate today.
Roofing was a natural fit because I get to focus on one major part of the home and become extremely good at it.
