Malarkey Pabco Antique Black polymer-modified asphalt shingle on a Lake Stevens home. NEX polymer technology, Class 4 impact rating, and a 50-year limited warranty backed by Amor's workmanship.
This Lake Stevens replacement used Malarkey Pabco Antique Black with the full Amor replacement process: attic and drone inspection before scope, complete tear-off to the deck, inspection for rot, synthetic underlayment plus peel-and-stick at the eaves, new step flashing where required, and the finished roof registered for the manufacturer warranty the same week we wrapped.
10 photographs from the job.
Book a free inspection. Attic camera, drone imagery, written scope. You leave with a real answer, whether that is a full replacement, a targeted repair, or peace of mind that your roof has another five good years in it.
