This Stanwood project called for a long-term roof that could be documented in detail. Amor pulled the existing roof to the deck, installed high-temperature synthetic underlayment with peel-and-stick at the eaves, and laid Black Carbon standing seam panels with concealed fasteners, engineered vent boots, and a closure strip at the ridge. Ventilation was evaluated and upgraded where needed. Every flashing and seam engagement was photographed before the next course went on.
10 photographs from drone, elevation, and detail documentation. Every image from this Stanwood project, in the Amor archive.
