No. We are residential-focused. Multifamily yes (apartment buildings, condos), commercial flat roofs no.

Often yes. Emergency inspections for active leaks are generally same-day or next-day.
What if the inspection finds a problem we cannot afford to fix yet?+
We give you a prioritized list. Critical items (active leaks, compromised structural integrity) go first. Cosmetic and long-horizon items can wait.
