When a roof is leaking, most contractors want to sell you a new one. We want to stop the leak. Sometimes the honest answer is a full replacement. Often it is a flashing repair, a flapper vent, or a section of sheeting. We tell you which, with photos, and we quote the smaller job if that is what your roof actually needs.
